1. Villa or Condo Owner Services
We offers a maintenance and cleaning service for villas, providing the best possible care and attention so that villa owners can be assured that their home is secure in their absence.
We pride ourselves on our excellent level of service. We have a conscientious, trustworthy and dedicated team whose aim it is to ensure the security and cleanliness of villas under our management.
Our maintenance service consists of visiting your villa on a weekly basis, to check and ensure that the property is secure and that the inventory is complete, testing appliances to make sure that all are in working order (gas, electricity, light bulbs, and security systems if applicable).
This includes the routine changing of light bulbs, minor repairs such as the replacement of washers, and up to three hours of repair work per visit. Consumables and replacement parts are charged at cost with no mark-up.
The property will be aired, plants watered and the inventory checked. We will make sure all TVs, telephones and electrical appliances are unplugged.
Any damage will be recorded and dated using digital cameras, and the images will be filed or emailed to the owner.
We will undertake more serious maintenance work, subject to your requirements. Pricing will depend on the job involved. Our regular inspections will identify if any routine maintenance is needed at the villa or for any appliances, and we will inform the owner of any necessary work involved.
Additional gardening, painting and decorating and building work can also be undertaken.
We can also arrange maintenance contracts that are more specifically tailored to an individual’s requirements.
