If you are interested in the North of Phuket, generally have to be considered as the areas of Patong, Kalim, Kamala, Surin, Bang Tao, Laguna, Layan, Nai-Ton, and Nai-Yang. Kata and Karon start to be similar to Patong with its vibrant nightlife, shops, restaurants, and beaches.

Further south situated areas of Chalong, Rawai and Nai Harn, tend to be a mix of residential and holiday residences. Prices range from 2.5 million baht to 3.2 million baht on the pre-sale stage.
